At Overlays, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
